Spice Up Your Sex Life With These 5 Foods

One thing I know we are definitely reaching for in 2021 is more electrifying and pleasurable orgasms. One of my favorite ways to spice up things in the bedroom is through the use of food. You see those blocks of ice in your fridge, those expensive grapes you eat one at a time, and even that tom tom laying hopelessly on your bedside table; they are all oh so very useful in the bedroom. In this article, I’ll tell you how.

Research shows that sex and food triggers the same part of the brain. Well hello, Cerebrum!

As you must know, foreplay is important to women because we like to be touched and teased before getting into the main event. Adore us and worship our body before diving into it. It’s common etiquette.

However, please note that food play in the bedroom should be restricted to the non-sensitive areas of the female body, to prevent PH imbalances.

Just because we love you and your potential orgasms, we have put together a naughty list of food items that can spice up your foreplay in the bedroom:

1. Ice-Cream or Whipped Cream

Christian Grey in the Fifty Shades series definitely taught us the magic of the cream, if you know what I mean.
I’m not sure if it’s something about the texture or it’s coolness on the most delicate parts of your skin, ice or whipped cream is definitely a win when used in the bedroom. The skill is to gently trace the cream along erogenous zones, and then proceed to licking it off. It is proven to be a sexy and intimate move during foreplay, and I can definitely see it working wonders on your partner’s body.

2. Grapes

Grapes are perfect for intimate food play. Those tiny little circles can really bring more joy than we rate them for. They are also quite perfect if you’re on a diet and you’re avoiding sugary foods. One of the best ways to use this delicious fruit in the bedroom is as a play tool to be exchanged between you and your partner’s lips. Picture grape juice drizzling during a very steamy kissing session. Messy but sexy. It can be licked, bitten or suckled on by both partners. Hopefully, it doesn’t choke one of you. If you’re feeling kinky, you can try other options like feeding grapes to your lover or teasing frozen grapes over their whole body with that freaky tongue of yours.

3. Chocolates

The great thing about this option is, it can be solid or liquid; block chocolate or chocolate syrup, although the latter is more desirable. Once again, permit a chocolate trail to drop down  inner thighs or preferred soft spot of your partner, and bring your mouth to good use by kissing away the chocolate drip until it’s back to bare skin, and watch your partner melt underneath you. You can also use chocolate syrup to drizzle and create body art on your partner’s erogenous zones and voila! you’ll have your mouth full, in more ways than one.

4. Mints

The temperature play and sensation from using mints during foreplay is exceptional. Mints are naturally great at releasing cooling effects, so expect to drive your partner crazy. Pop a minty sweet like tom-tom in your mouth and while it begins to melt, find your partner’s soft spot with your lips.
Of course, you have to be pleasured also; You can have your partner suck on a mint and then use some tongue action on your skin, neck, navel, or wherever turns you on. The sensation and feel of cool temperature on your skin is amazing!

5. Wine/ Champagne

The whole trick is to pour a capful of  wine or champagne over an erogenous spot and lap it with your tongue as fast as the liquid drips, but as slow as the sensation builds. Repeat it a couple of times over soft spots and expect a positive reaction from your partner. From the subtle taste to the temperature play, Wine or Champagne definitely hits. Top up the whole action by picking up an ice cube from the wine glass, holding it between your lips or teeth and rubbing it over your partner’s erogenous zones or along his body.

If you’ve gotten to this point, then I just know you’re kinky and adventurous. Go get those orgasms sis!
But also remember to be careful with sugary substances going into your vagina. Same with spicy & salty foods, or foods you or your partner are allergic to.
