Which Nigerian Politician Are You Based on Your Zodiac Sign?

The antics of Nigerian politicians rival those of our entertainers. Quite frankly, our politicians say more unbelievable things. A Nigerian politician once publicly claimed that a snake spiritually swallowed the 36 million naira in her office vault. So, take a trip and discover what politician’s personality matches your zodiac.

21 MAG SQUIGGLY LINES 1

1. Aries (March 21-April 19): Bola Ahmed Tinubu

IMG 4083 2

Aries are usually bursting with energy. They are courageous, determined, and always ready to be the first in line (even if no one asked).

But let’s be real: we all lowkey have beef with an Aries. They’re bold, bossy, and dive headfirst into things like there’s a prize for speed. Their hearts are usually in the right place, but the execution? Chaotic without coordination.

2. Taurus (April 20-May 20): Babajide Sanwo Olu

IMG 4085

Taurus is the sign of practicality, perseverance, and an unshakable love for the finer things in life.

They’ll run the most chaotic city in West Africa and still make time to strut at Lagos Fashion Week. Not just watching o, but actually walking the runway. Because when a Taurus works hard, they’re going to play hard… and they’ll do it in style.

3. Gemini (May 21-June 20): Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye

IMG 4090

Geminis are known for their duality, versatility, and ever-curious minds, but let’s be honest, that duality can sometimes feel a little… two-faced.

The same person you expect to root for you might suddenly be playing for the other team. Kind of like being Minister of Women’s Affairs and then turning around to threaten female students pursuing a sexual harassment case. Haba now!

4. Cancer (June 21-July 22): Patience Jonathan

IMG 4091

Cancers are sensitive, intuitive, nurturing, and deeply emotional, sometimes to the point where the feelings just leak out mid-speech.

You care deeply, and when you speak, it comes straight from the heart. People might laugh or turn you into a meme, but that’s because they don’t understand emotional depth. You were crying for justice, they were making jokes – but let’s not forget: blood was shed… and there is God o!

5. Leo (July 23-August 22): Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour (GRV)

IMG 4088

The most charismatic person you know is probably a Leo — they don’t just walk into a room, they enter with main-character energy. Confident, passionate, and always ready to make waves, Leos throw their whole chest into whatever they care about. And yes, they might even offer free healthcare to boost voter registration.

Dramatic? Maybe. Effective? Absolutely. Classic Leo.

6. Virgo (August 23-September 22): Muhammadu Buhari

IMG 4096

Virgos are the epitome of patience, with their meticulous, no-rush approach to problem-solving. They are methodical, but not everyone gets it. Like needing 103 days of medical leave in your first year.. I guess we just don’t understand the need for a bit of self-care. Virgos desire to improve themselves and the world around them, but they also recognise that life’s complexities require pragmatic, sometimes slow-and-steady solutions.

7. Libra (September 23-October 22): Babatunde Fashola

IMG 4094

Libras are the charmers of the zodiac: balanced, diplomatic, and always chasing justice (and vibes). They see all sides, weigh every angle, and try to do what’s fair. So, when a mysterious camera suddenly appears at a crime scene days later, who finds it? You. Because a Libra will always restore balance, even if the math isn’t quite mathing.

8. Scorpio (October 23-November 21): Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu

IMG 4089

Let me hold your hand as I say this: only a Scorpio would slap the outgoing First Lady and stand ten toes down. Scorpios are intense. Emotional? Yes. Passionate? Absolutely. Vengeful? Girl, just don’t cross them. But stay on their good side and you’ll find someone loyal, magnetic, and lowkey the most ride-or-die in the zodiac.

Just… maybe don’t test them in public.

9. Sagittarius (November 22-December 21): Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan

IMG 4084

Sagittarians are adventurous spirits with a love for exploration and big ideas. They never say no to a challenge, and sometimes that means girlbossing a little too hard and becoming the first elected female senator for Kogi Central.

But here’s the thing: Sagittarians are often misunderstood. They’re brutally honest (sometimes to their own detriment), hate being boxed in, and value their freedom immensely.

10. Capricorn (December 22-January 19): Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala

IMG 4097

One thing about you is that you’ll always be the embodiment of power moves. From Minister of Finance to Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, your schedule is always packed, Ms. Booked and Busy!

11. Aquarius (January 20-February 18): Desmond Elliot

Desmond Elliot 1

One day, you’re gracing the screen as an actor, the next you’re making laws, and then, just when we thought we had you figured out, you become the internet’s #1 debate starter. It’s that unpredictability that makes you, you. The fun, the eccentricity, and yes, sometimes a little bit of controversy, like calling for social media regulation. But at least you keep things interesting.

12. Pisces (February 19-March 20): Akinwunmi Ambode

IMG 4092

Ah, the dreamy Piscean: full of empathy, creativity, and big ideas. Like reviving the Blue Rail line, building shiny bus terminals, and making Lagos look clean.

Pisceans tend to retreat into their own world when things get tough. But maybe that’s how you dream up solutions.
