When you put on a show and say, “I’m watching it for the plot”, more often than not, the plot is just several scenes of two (or more) insanely attractive people going at it like rabbits. Don’t worry, we aren’t judging. Well-directed sex scenes aren’t only titillating, fun and easy to watch but also good for fuelling spicy imaginations of the many ways we can create exciting sex lives for ourselves.
Here’s a list of the sluttiest scenes on TV for you to immerse yourself in. Just for the plot, of course, *wink wink*.
Queen Charlotte
This prequel to the Bridgerton series—inspired by Julia Quinn’s historical-romance novels—follows the epic love story of young queen Charlotte (played by India Ria Amarteifo) and her husband, young king George (played by Corey Mylchreest), who both met through an arranged marriage.
Dearest gentle readers, this series does a lot of things well in the chemistry and passion department: plenty of bodice-ripping sex between the young queen and her king, a secret affair between Lady Danbury (Arsema Thomas) and a married man, and a gay romance between the head footmen of the king and queen; Brimsley (Sam Clemmett) and Reynolds (Freddie Dennis).
In this show, things start off rocky for the just-married Royals. While Charlotte wants a happy and love-filled marriage, George prefers that the two maintain their distance. But the thing is, these two are very horny. And the ultimate result? Unbridled hate sex. In episode 3 (timestamp– 12:07), at dinner, where George sits at one end of a long table and Charlotte on the other side, they begin to bicker at each other. Soon enough, Queen Charlotte stands up in anger, and George mirrors her, then walks to her…at this point, I’m unsure what will happen next. I mean, there’s palpable tension in the room, but I didn’t expect it to be sexual tension.
Anyways, before you know it, these people are kissing passionately, gasping like they are out of breath and pushing chinaware to the ground to create a surface to fuck on. They are absolutely unable to contain themselves.
While Charlotte and George’s romp doesn’t get much screen time in that scene, the mystery of what happened in the heat of that moment leaves viewers quite thirsty. Even when Reynolds and Brimsley usher the other servants out and shut the doors, they’re so aroused by the sounds of their lovemaking within—complete with more crashing tableware—that they make plans to see each other later. “The day has been heated,” Brimsley says.
Sex/Life
Where to even begin? This Netflix show, which focuses on female desire, will have you searching frantically for your vibrator, and by the time you look away from the screen for one second and look back at it, another sex scene will have come up, and you might end up just dj’ing manually. I’m genuinely shocked that this is allowed to be on television.
Sex/Life follows the life of a suburban mother of two, Billie (Sarah Shahi), who is not satisfied in her marriage to her husband, and she starts yearning for her time as a single woman in New York, particularly for the steamy sex she used to have with her ex (Brad).
Billie tells us herself that she “has been contorted into at least 73 per cent of the positions in the Kama Sutra,” and then about six minutes into the show, she gives a little bit of head, gets on top and then gets into what looks like a wheelbarrow sex position. They are all complex-ish positions; you just know our protagonist is a real fucker.
Mind you, six minutes after the show began, yes, I mean at the very beginning, the show opens up with a sex scene. Billie leads her ex off the dance floor into a private room and, well…just watch the rest.
Elite
A bunch of uber-rich, privileged young horny teenagers inside one school = loads and loads of debauchery.
Elite is a Spanish-language teen drama series that’s reminiscent of the OG Gossip Girl series. While it initially focused on three working-class students who won their enrollment at Las Encinas through a scholarship program, newer seasons explore the complex social and romantic interactions of several of the students there.
I’m certain that for you to be enrolled as a student in Las Encinas, you must be super super (blazing) hot, so it’s pretty understandable (with all the raging teenage hormones), why all the students there want to fuck their brains out. From threesomes to pool sex to voyeurism to masturbatory hookups, it’s so difficult to pick just one sex scene.
In Elite’s first major sex scene, Carla seduces new student Christian. But only so her boyfriend Polo can get off while watching. It’s dirty, thrilling and sets the pace for even more scandalous activities that goes on throughout the show.
Fatal Seduction
In case you missed the part of 2023 where Netflix dropped Fatal Seduction, allow us to catch you up: this South African thriller series follows the life of a married professor, Nandi Mahlati (Kgomotso Christopher), who is reeled in by an alluring, younger man, Jacob, while on a wild weekend away with her best friend, Brenda. In the midst of Nandi’s affair, Brenda is found dead at her home, and things quickly begin to take a dark turn.
In the very first episode of season one, although the two are still strangers, Nandi and Jacob recognise their effortless chemistry and give into their attraction towards each other.
With Nandi and Jacob, the foreplay starts in the club with some intense grinding and gazing. 4 mins later (timestamp– 22:05), Jacob decides to be the sexual weapon fashioned against Nandi and follows her back home. From her face, you can tell she’s trying very hard to remember that she has a husband back home, but when she commands Jacob to take off his trousers, her marital status is forgotten. This scene is fucking hot: a couger and a dark skinned armed candy intertwined, tearing their clothes (literally), breaking things with a burning passion, and what looks like a glorious head for Mrs.Nandi. The scene ends with Jacob lifting Nandi to have sex. Whew.
At the beginning of Fatal Seduction, Nandi tries masturbating on the same bed where her husband is asleep but is interrupted by a phone call. Her first sexual encounter is her well-deserved reparation. Period.
House of the Dragon
House of the Dragon is centred on an internal succession war within the powerful House Targaryen. The historical epic fantasy is overall an unsexy show filled with dragons and bloodlust. However, it does have a few scenes that will leave you very hot and very bothered.
In the first episode of this Game of Thrones prequel, Princess Rhaneyra seduces her personal knight, Ser Criston Cole, who is sworn to celibacy. But the princess turns him on, and he decides to break this important vow he has protected for so long.
The sex was so good that when Ser Criston, several episodes later, asks’ Rhaneyra to elope with him, and she refuses, he hates her with a burning passion and plots her downfall.
