Event Flier

LIFT is not just an event; it’s a movement designed to uplift and empower women from all walks of life. Rooted in 21 Magazine’s commitment to providing a safe space for the emerging generation of women to claim their rightful place and amplify their voices.

Event Highlights

Attendees will have the opportunity to rejuvenate their minds, bodies, and spirits through a series of enriching activities. These include mindful movement Pilates and Dance Therapy sessions aimed at fostering a deeper connection with your inner self and promoting self-care practices.

Engage in a unique experience with The Institute of Counseling in Nigeria, where the liberating power of dance therapy connects body and soul.

In collaboration with Sebeccly, a leading cancer NGO, we’re offering free breast screenings to raise awareness and promote early detection. Empower yourself with essential breast examination facts and self-care practices in a workshop led by skilled medical professionals.

At the event, we will be offering exclusive gym membership discounts courtesy of our partner, i-Fitness. Moreover, there will be an opportunity for you to receive complimentary health check-ups through our collaboration with another partner brand, Mdoc.

Also included, is a heartwarming and introspective journey of self-love in our “Love Letter to Yourself” journaling workshop led by 21 MAG founder, Fifunmi Osinubi. In this guided session, you’ll have the opportunity to express kindness and appreciation to the most important person in your life – yourself.

Tarot readings are another highlight of the event. Seek guidance on any aspect of your life from tarot reader Zara of Oparline. Finally, join Oritsema, the founder of Storehousewellness, for an invigorating Pilates class and seize the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals, fostering meaningful connections.
